The best way to contact support is through the "Need Help?" widget on your dashboard.
Each widget allows you to submit a ticket that is tailored to the dashboard you need help with so we can resolve your issues quickly.
You can also search for tutorials or articles directly from the widget for more immediate help.
Submit A Ticket
You can also submit a ticket by visiting our Help Center and choosing the product you need help with. The same tailored form will be available for you to submit so we can answer your questions.
Emailing support@snappykraken.com will also create a ticket for us if you encounter any issues with the form.

If you have urgent requests or feel you can better explain your issue over the phone, you can also call us at 1-844-762-7795. We're available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
Please note that depending on your needs, we may not be able to resolve your issues over the phone. Our team may need to create a ticket for you so we (or the right team) can follow up.
